4- Publish or transmit or link to :

• a. Pornogaphy, adult or mature content.
• b. Violent content.
• c. Content related to racial intolerance or advocacy against any individual, group or organization.
• d. Excessive profanity.
• e. Hacking/cracking content.
• f. Gambling or casino-related content.
• g. Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia content.
• h. Sales of beer or hard alcohol.
• i. Sales of tobacco or tobacco-related products.
• j. Sales of prescription drugs.
• k. Sales of weapons or ammunition (e.g. firearms, firearm components, fighting knives, stun guns).
• l. Sales of products that are replicas or imitations of designer or other goods.
• m. Sales or distribution of coursework or student essays.
• n. Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites or reading emails.
• o. Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity or infringes on the legal rights of others.
  

** Boxiz team reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any content item for any reason.


Acceptable Use :

Boxiz  provides accounts for publishing only legal data. If you are reported to store copyrighted or illegal materials, your account will be deactivated and you will need to perform a bureaucracy procedure to have it activated again. Moreover, in case of breaking this rules, the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property rights will be informed and may mail/call you to account for violating their rights.


Though, Boxiz doesn't take the obligation to check all published contents, but we reserve the right, at our discretion, to audit any materials that are suspected in breaking Boxiz terms of service, remove content, disable or remove the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others or may expose Boxiz to civil or criminal liability.


Boxiz declines all responsibility for the contents of the materials published by Boxiz users. Each and every user of Boxiz is solely responsible for all materials published by his account.


Please, do not store the pornography and other forbidden materials! The confirmed infringer will be reported to the appropriate legal authority. If you do not want to have big troubles you should not publish any kind of illegal materials.




ADS Services :

By using ads services in Boxiz , you as User, signify your agreement to GOOGLE ADSENSE POLICY AND TERMS OF USE only when put your google adsense code in advance to use ADS services in Boxiz.
Boxiz declines all responsibility for any kind of  losing your account or revenue in GOOGLE ADSENSE or such service.
